We’re on an exciting journey to transform our operations across all business units. A robust, well maintained and secure IT-infrastructure landscape across all business units (currently NO, SE, DK, and GER ) is key to succeeding in this strategic goal.

Our IT Operations Manager will:
👉 Own and execute the IT operations and IT infrastructure strategy.
👉 Be responsible for our proactive work to ensure our IT landscape is fit for our business, customers and future needs.
👉 Develop and govern our Norva24 IT infrastructure platform (Microsoft Cloud, M365, Azure, client / end-point administration) with partners and internal IT teams.
👉 Lead IT project initiatives, such as harmonizing tenant setups and onboarding new companies supporting our clear growth strategy.
👉 Monitor technology trends and implement relevant “best practice” standards within your area of responsibility.

Your drive will help us unlock synergies, invent groundbreaking solutions, and propel Norva24’s growth where end-user satisfaction and creating customer value are key components.

🏢Primary work location is Oslo, but with a European responsibility.
