Norva24 reaches 50 branch milestone

Norva24 acquires companies Kjelsberg Transport in Trondheim (N) and GJ & Son in Ulricehamn, Västergötland (S). Both companies have a strong local position within the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) industry. With the two acquisitions Norva24 add 2 branches and reaches in total 50 branches. – «It has long been on our wish list to expand into both Trondheim and Västergötland. With Kjelsberg Transport and GJ & Son we are welcoming two wellrun companies to the Norva24 family», says Group CEO, Henrik Damgaard.

Proud traditions

Kjelsberg Transport and GJ & Son are both family run companies with a long history within the industry. «Our family has owned the company for almost 50 years, and choosing to become part of Norva24 was a natural next step for us. Being part of Norva24 gives us many benefits such as knowledge sharing and serving larger customers in collaboration with other Norva24 branches», says managing director of GJ & Son Patrik Petterson.
